Workshops Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged, as many workshops/classes fill quickly. Please also be aware that workshops with insufficient enrollment at the thirty (30) day deadline may be canceled so it is important to register before that time.
Cancelation Policy - Workshops
When canceling more than sixty (60) days before the first day of a workshop, a $100 cancelation fee will apply, and the remainder of your tuition will be returned by check. If cancelling sixty (60) or less before the first day of a
workshop, no refund will be made. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawal after a workshop begins.
FINE PRINT: Publicity Waiver Unless we are informed otherwise in writing, the Women of the Arts/Art Department of the Woman’s Club of Fort Worth will consider photographs taken of students and of their artwork while engaged in its programs, to be permissible for use in publications and marketing materials, including the web.
